Returns of skateboard equipment and hardware will only be accepted if they are in un-skated condition and in original packaging.
If, however we cannot see any error on our part we reserve the right not to send a replacement or issue a refund. If any issue are our error, we will rectify the issue as soon as possible, either by sending missing items out to you, or issue a refund, should the item be sold out. If you have a problem with an item in your order, or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If the parcel is not collected the item is returned to us, if this is with Royal Mail it will incur a £4.75 return fee. If for any reason a parcel is unable to be delivered by our courier service, it will be held at their depot for your collection.
